What is the Daimler Truck Retail Community?
The Daimler Truck Retail Community is a group of people who are given the opportunity to share their feedback and expectations with the product teams by participating in survey projects. Being a participant, you can actively participate in shaping the After Sales applications of the Daimler Truck AG.
How can I get involved?

Who can register for the Daimler Truck Retail Community?
Employees of authorized service partners and branches of Daimler Truck AG as well as employees of Daimler Truck market organizations (Truck Operating Centers and general distributors) are eligible to participate. Participants from mixed organizations are only entitled to participate with the required focus on Truck or Bus operations. Employees of Mercedes-Benz AG with no Truck focus are not allowed to participate in the Daimler Truck Retail Community.
How can I participate in a survey?
Being a member of the Daimler Truck Retail Community, you will be invited to survey projects by email. Your participation in the survey is voluntary. You can answer the online surveys via your desktop PC, tablet or smartphone.
Is the participation mandatory after registration?
Your participation in survey projects will always remain voluntary, even after successful registration. By registering, you do not enter into any obligations. However, after a few days you will receive an email reminder to participate in the current survey.
How much time does it take to participate in the Daimler Truck Retail Community?
We greatly appreciate your participation in the Daimler Truck Retail Community and we strive to ensure the most efficient allocation of your timely resources. Therefore, for each survey project, the relevant group of participants is selected individually in advance, based on their user profile, and your participation remains voluntary. The time required for the surveys varies between 2 to a maximum of 15 minutes.
How often will I receive survey invitations?
The number of survey projects may vary per participant. This depends on the survey target groups based on user profiles. Therefore, it is important that you keep your user profile up to date with the relevant characteristics about yourself so that we can identify you for the relevant survey projects. Even with this pre-selection, participation in the surveys remains voluntary.
What is my added-value by participating in the Daimler Truck Retail Community?
By participating in the Daimler Truck Retail Community, you actively help shape the After Sales products and processes of the Daimler Truck AG. The Daimler Truck Retail Community offers you the opportunity to incorporate your know-how and technical expertise directly into the product development process, which ultimately leads to working with applications that better suit your needs in the future. You will be able to stay up-to-date and you will be the first to know how your feedback is incorporated.
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored encrypted on a secure server and, in accordance with the strict guidelines of data protection legislation, is anonymized without exception and only summarized in groups for market research and marketing investigations by the Daimler Truck AG.
How can I end my participation?
Your membership of the Daimler Truck Retail Community is voluntary and can be deleted via your user profile at any time. Your personal data will be deleted as well without any delay.
